The law of karma is based on the concept of cause and
effect relationship. It says that, every action has an equal and
opposite reaction. The kind of deeds an individual performs, determines
his fate. Karmas are performed only in the human life. It is the karmas
that will ultimately decide that a person after his death will head his
way for heaven or hell. To know more about the Karma law of cause and
effect, read on.
If you perform good karmas, you will attain moksha and get free from
this vicious circle of rebirth. All living beings, except for humans are
burning their bad karmas and slowly and steadily rising above, to live
the life of a human being. But, we human beings are wasting our lives,
by performing bad karmas. The inhabitants of the heavenly planets are
also making full use of their good karmas. Good souls attain bliss
(nirvana) from the cycle of rebirth and depart for heaven.
All living beings are subject to the law of Karma. The karma law is
based on the philosophy of 'as you sow, so shall you reap'. It says that
if you give happiness to others, they will also try to bring a smile on
your face by making you feel happy. It also holds true in the vice versa
situation. If you do wrong to others, they will also indulge in wrongful
activities. Life is like a mirror, it reflects what you do. So, treat it
with a smile and a smile will come back to you.
